ARC Day 6 - Barracrab Caravan Park

We spent the day relaxing at the caravan park. I did more washing and Anita cleaned the inside of our van. Tilly went for a couple of visits in Roadies motorhomes. She was happy playing in the sand by the beach. I put her on a longer lead but she didn't try to take off. She exhausted herself and needed a long afternoon sleep.

Blue has forgotten all of his training so I am having to go back to square one. He is so excited by all the goings on, new people and new dogs. I let him have a run on the beach this morning so he splashed in the water and dug and rolled in the sand. He was also tuckered out.

After a fabulous show featuring Amber Joy Poulton, we returned to our van and a relatively quiet Tilly. I cuddled her in the hope she would stay that way, but she discovered tiny insects that had invaded her van. She perched on the edge of the TV in a futile attempt to catch them. In the end we had to turn off all lights including phone and ipad to stop her from being able to see the little blighters.

Kerry Brisbane took some drone shots over Barracrab so here in one of them. This is crocodile country but all we have seen so far was the python we couldn't avoid near Mapleton and a large dead black snake on the highway this morning. This is my shot of the moon and Kerry's of the dawn.
